Marketing Campaign Project Manager - Job Description

 

WHO YOU ARE?

 

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Project Manager to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented project manager, passionate about coordinating and overseeing marketing campaigns. Your expertise spans project management tools, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. You excel in keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery of campaign milestones.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage marketing campaign tasks using Asana, ensuring all projects are on pace and on track.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring proper resource allocation and task delegation among team members.
  • Collaborate with various marketing team members to ensure cohesive and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Update and maintain campaign promotion slides with current activities, performance data, and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to gather and analyze data, providing recommendations for campaign adjustments and resource allocation.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to creating and refining campaign performance reports, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles to ensure smooth campaign execution.

 

Performance Metrics:

  • Project Timeliness: Track the adherence to project timelines and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery of campaign components.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze performance data to assess the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Resource Allocation: Evaluate the effectiveness of resource investment in campaigns, recommending increased or decreased investment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign expenditures and ensure projects stay within allocated budgets, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

 

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Channel Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and to align campaign strategies and messaging.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure data integrity and optimize campaign performance analysis.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing environment, with a proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as Asana, and marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and reports.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools to effectively analyze and visualize campaign performance data.
  • Fluency in English: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

 

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification
