Roles and Responsibility

Salesforce Reporting Analyst.

Role Focus - Hire a strong Salesforce reporting profile with basic S-Docs exposure (not a niche S-Docs expert).

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Salesforce experience (Admin/Functional/Dev)
  • Reports & Dashboards – critical
  • Data modeling (objects, relationships)
  • Workflow automation (Flows / Process Builder)
  • Advanced reporting & data handling (custom reports, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Basic S-Docs exposure (6–12 months):
    • Template creation
    • Document generation
    • Data mapping
  • Good functional understanding + stakeholder communication

 

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Advanced S-Docs (complex templates, reusable libraries)
  • Salesforce tech skills (Apex, Lightning, integrations)
  • Experience in reporting-heavy environments
  • Performance optimization / scalable solutions
