Roles and Responsibility

Job Description – Support Analyst

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join the team as Associate Reporting Specialists supporting Shares Outstanding and Total Voting Rights reporting activities across multiple European jurisdictions.

In this role, you will support daily operational reporting, client communication, incident management, KPI reporting, and data analysis activities while ensuring timely and accurate updates within regulatory platforms.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • Manage and complete daily Shares Outstanding reporting activities.
  • Review and validate all relevant links and files generated for jurisdictions including:
    • United Kingdom
    • France
    • Germany
    • Belgium
    • Sweden
    • Finland
    • Denmark
    • Iceland
  • Record and upload all changes related to Shares Outstanding and Total Voting Rights into internal platforms within defined timelines.
  • Analyze discrepancies, variances, and reporting exceptions.
  • Review draft calculations and validate reporting outputs.
  • Handle client-facing communication and act as the first level (L1) escalation point for incidents and operational queries.
  • Support continuous customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Manage KPI reporting, incident reporting, dashboards, and reporting insights.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation and process reports.

You should have experience with:

  • Financial reporting and investment services operations
  • Shares Outstanding and regulatory reporting processes
  • Client communication and stakeholder management
  • Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
  • Incident management and KPI reporting
  • Analytical problem-solving and variance analysis
  • Managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, Regulatory Reporting, or SaaS-based financial platforms will be highly preferred.
