Roles and Responsibility

Job Description – Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for experienced Technical Support Analysts to join our Finance & Accounting support team in Mumbai or Bangalore.

In this role, you will provide advanced technical and application support to clients while troubleshooting complex deployment, ETL, SQL, and environmental issues. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and operational excellence.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently manage high-complexity support scenarios.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • Provide L2 technical support for client applications, deployments, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot ETL, SQL, application, and infrastructure-related issues across client environments.
  • Guide key clients through deployment and environmental troubleshooting within their network environments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist associate and intermediate analysts with technical guidance, mentoring, and training.
  • Contribute to work prioritization, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of support tasks.
  • Support business development initiatives, including pre-sales activities and RFP responses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and best practices.

Technical Skills Required

You should have experience with:

  • ETL processes and troubleshooting
  • SQL and database querying
  • Technical/Application Support
  • ITIL framework and support processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Production support and issue management
  • Client-facing troubleshooting and stakeholder communication
