Your Role:

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a main point of contact for Zuora operational support enabling Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to attain their KPIs and strategic objectives
  • Support the optimization of Cority’s Zuora environment to align with company growth goals and evolving business strategies
  • Partner with end-users and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain workflows and integrations within the Zuora billing platform
  • Collaborate with RevOps Specialists to support Zuora integrations
  • Effectively manage, prioritize and resolve operational tasks
  • Enable finance team members on Zuora usage and best practices
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities based on recurring support issues and evolving business needs
  • Assist Finance (Accounting, Strategy, FP&A) and Revenue Operations leadership with Zuora Analytics, Reporting, Data Queries, and Dashboards

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Zuora in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment
  • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes including invoicing, revenue recognition, and subscription billing cycles
  • Zuora Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is an asset
  • Strong understanding of Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Workflow, and Reporting functionalities
  • Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or OpenAir
  • Strong skills in Zuora Analytics, data querying (Data Query, ZOQL), SQL or scripting experience for advanced data validation, reporting and dashboard creation
  • Customer-service centricity and a strong desire to help your colleagues and Cority succeed are a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team, willing to share ideas and information with peers and business leaders
