Roles and Responsibility

Job Description – Associate Client Consultant (Investment Metrics)

We are looking for analytical and client-focused professionals to join the Client Delivery – Investment Metrics team as Associate Client Consultants.

In this role, you will support global clients with investment performance analysis, attribution reporting, performance measurement, and client servicing activities while ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analytics knowledge, reporting expertise, and the ability to manage client requirements in a fast-paced investment management environment.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • Support clients with investment performance reporting and analytics deliverables.
  • Work on:
    • Performance Attribution
    • Performance Measurement
    • Performance Reporting
  • Analyze portfolio and investment data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client queries and operational issues.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables within defined timelines.
  • Assist in onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client servicing activities.
  • Monitor reporting discrepancies and escalate issues where required.
  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience enhancement initiatives.

  • Portfolio Analytics and Investment Operations
  • Client servicing and stakeholder management
  • Financial data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
Desired candidate

Candidates with experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, Performance Analytics, or Financial Services environments will be highly preferred.
