About Business Unit
Two Circles is a data-driven sports marketing agency that partners with over 400 sports properties to enhance fan engagement and drive revenue growth. Utilizing advanced analytics, the company offers services in rights management, ticketing, sponsorship sales, content creation, and strategy consulting.
Roles and Responsibility

The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for:

Enhancing Salesforce solutions by supporting and sometimes leading the development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Implementing best-in-class configuration, customization, and development standards.

Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce technical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.

Acting as an SME for Salesforce solution integrations and owning the design and flow of integration data between platforms.

Supporting solution design to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Mentoring and developing junior Salesforce team members to foster technical growth.

Engaging and communicating effectively with Director and Executive-level stakeholders, both on business and technical sides.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Functional Requirements:

Experience in systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.

Ability to create functional and technical design documentation.

Experience in creating data architecture and entity relationship diagrams.

Ability to create end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT processes.

Creation of end-user support and training materials.

Technical Requirements:

Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.

Experience customizing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using custom objects, process automation, and the Lightning experience.

Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and other systems.

Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Heroku, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authentication protocols for secure integrations (desirable).

Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Lightning Web Components (desirable).

Understanding of SQL (desirable).

Salesforce certifications are required.

Experience working on accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.

Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and clients.

Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail.

Willingness to travel when required.
