You will join the team based in our new Two Circles office
located in HITEC City, the heart of Hyderabad's thriving technology hub.

Description – QA Engineer / Lead QA
Key
Responsibilities
·
Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers,
Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
·
Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout
the development process
·
Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising
relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing
and feedback loops
·
You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality
as products are being built
Requirements
· Lead - 5+ years within the quality engineering space
For lead
roles: We’d like to also see proven experience in leading and coaching junior
engineers when it comes to quality and embedding it into teams. Ideally 1+
years of experience in this area.
You have
a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for
detail
You have
excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and
raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to
help resolve any issues.
You have
a strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - and
how/when they are implemented during the development process
You have
a working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be
implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls. Bonus points if you have
experience in building automated test frameworks to a working level!
You have
had exposure to applications built with any of the following:

Javascript/Typescript + React/Angular/Vue.js
·
Testing frameworks such as playwright, storybook
·
C# .NET
·
Observability frameworks such as Grafana/Datadog
