Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front-End Architect who brings deep technical expertise and a strong hands-on approach in designing and developing modern web and mobile applications. This role demands a seasoned front-end leader with strong proficiency in React.js and React Native, capable of architecting scalable UI solutions, mentoring teams, and driving front-end excellence across projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, innovation, and end-to-end ownership from design to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve front-end architecture for web and mobile platforms using React.js, Next.js, and React Native
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs
Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance to front-end teams
Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable design systems
Enforce high standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices across projects
Lead front-end technology evaluation and introduce modern tools and frameworks
Stay hands-on with development—this role is not limited to oversight
Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Mentor developers and grow technical capabilities within the team
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in front-end engineering
Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js
Proven experience in mobile development using React Native (Flutter is a plus)
Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Demonstrated experience with responsive UI, mobile-first design, and performance tuning
Sound understanding of REST APIs and effective data handling in UI
Strong version control and workflow experience with Git and CI/CD practices
