About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in Learning & Development, with the vision and potential to transition into a strategic HR Business Partner role in the future. The selected candidate will be exposed to the full spectrum of L&D activities and gradually develop the competencies required to partner with business units as an HRBP.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support in employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, performance management, internal movements, and offboarding.
  • Support the design, planning, and execution of learning and development programs (internal and external).
  • Designing of PowerPoint presentations, data analysis and prepare excel reports .
  • Support in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assisting the HRBP team in driving employee surveys, communication release and analysis.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects to understand key HR functions (talent management, employee engagement, performance management).
  • Maintain repository of internal HR policies.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Master’s degree in human resources, management studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in HRBP, HR internships, or generalist HR roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and employee development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
