Roles and Responsibility

Quotations Job Description -

 

• Providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages for Transmission steel pole structures.

• Possesses strong numerical skills and has an analytical mindset.

• Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.

• Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements.

• Expedite project orders and prepare required client reports.

• Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations.

• Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders.

• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager

 

 

Qualification – B.Tech or equivalent in civil or EEE.

Exp - 1 to 3 years.
