Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to join our global RevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with both demand marketing and customer marketing teams to support and execute marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our email marketing calendar, creating campaigns in SFDC and Marketo, and ensuring seamless execution and quality assurance of email campaigns, amongst other responsibilities. This role requires a strong background in marketing operations, experience with email marketing platforms & martech systems, and an ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and teams.

Key Responsibilities |

Campaign Management:

oManage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are scheduled, executed, and tracked according to the plan.

oWork with demand marketing and customer marketing teams to align campaign goals and plans.

oCollaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, assets, and content.

Campaign Creation and Execution:

oBuild, set up, and execute email campaigns in SFDC and Marketo.

oEnsure campaign content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for target audiences.

oPerform Quality Assurance (QA) on all campaigns, ensuring they are free of errors and display correctly across all devices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

oPartner with demand marketing to drive lead generation campaigns and with customer marketing to manage retention-focused campaigns.

oAlign and integrate campaigns from both teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.

oMonitor and report on campaign performance to provide insights for ongoing optimization.

Campaign Tracking and Optimization:

oImplement tracking mechanisms for email campaigns (UTM parameters, SFDC integration) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

oProvide post-campaign analysis, including performance data, conversion rates, and suggestions for improvements.

oContinuously optimize email campaigns by testing subject lines, messaging, content, and timing to improve performance.

Tools and Systems Management:

oUse Marketo, SFDC, and other marketing tools to track, report, and automate email marketing campaigns.

oCollaborate with technical teams to ensure systems are integrated and campaigns flow smoothly across platforms.

oStay up to date with new tools, technologies, and best practices in marketing operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

oMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.

oHands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and other marketing automation tools.

oProven track record of managing and executing email campaigns from start to finish.

Technical Skills:

oProficient in SFDC and Marketo with the ability to build and manage campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards.

oStrong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

oFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and email rendering best practices is a plus.

Collaboration & Communication:

oExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones (India/US).

oAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

oStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Analytical Skills:

oAbility to track and analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.

oStrong knowledge of key marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and how to interpret them to improve future campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams in a global environment.

Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments.
