Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, maintain, and optimize interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports for ongoing business intelligence and performance monitoring.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
· Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
•Work with the broader analyst community to align on priorities, progress and outcomes.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
· Promote the adoption of analytics and data-driven decision support throughout the organization.
· Create a unified view with data from various sources.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in roles combining business analytics and business intelligence.
· Proven experience with PowerBI, including developing complex dashboards and reports.
· Proficiency in PowerBI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query.
· Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
